With over 12 years of experience in Canadian immigration and citizenship law, Justyna is a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) helping individuals, families, and businesses achieve their immigration goals in Canada. As a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), she provides trusted, personalized immigration and visa services with professionalism, integrity, and compassion.
Her practice includes visitor visas, study permits, work permits, Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs), permanent residence applications, provincial nominee programs including the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), Canadian citizenship, humanitarian and compassionate applications, criminal rehabilitation, and other complex immigration matters. She is known for her strategic approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering tailored immigration solutions for every client.
Justyna holds a Master’s degree in Law from Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University in Poland, a Graduate Diploma in Foreign Service fom the European Academy of Diplomacy,
a Canadian Paralegal Diploma, and an Immigration Consultant Diploma from Herzing College in Canada. Her academic achievements earned her multiple Dean’s List honours and awards for maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA.
Before becoming an RCIC, she completed internships with
a Canadian criminal lawyer, Margaret Bojanowski and the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in New York City, gaining valuable legal and international experience that continues to strengthen her immigration practice.
